Prescott was deputy leader of the party, was he not? I thought so. I suppose Harman will be deputy PM in the same way that he was. I don't know what the responsibilities of either office officially are!

I know a lot of people pass around CDs with copied software on ... I just don't see that it differs in principle from any other form of stealing, so I don't do it. On the other hand, it would be very handy to have MS Powerpoint on my laptop instead of having to use the uni computers lol. ;)

Prison/internment in a mental institution is by no means good enough. That's not justice. I don't think that his mental condition invalidates his crime; he did it and he would do it again. Intent & guilt proven, he should be punished by the appropriate penalty for murder - in my opinion, execution. ...

'Like a film...' Without wanting to in any way excuse this murderer, I think violent films have a lot to answer for.
