Although there are still some problems in Xinjiang (the most seriously problem is the splitism), it will be solved. That is a welcome move by china, this part of the country are totally cut off to mainland china.the last year conflict and natural disaster leads government to think about this region. The central government has allocated 197 million yuan to disaster areas to help restore the agricultural production, renovate and maintain school buildings and purchase equipment.
Harsh winter hit most parts of northern China. Heavy snow has caused casualties and disrupted traffic in the Autonomous Region of Xinjiang and Autonomous Region of Inner Mongolia.
