I think people should never have to work.Instead of a propertarian profit system the econommy should be based on your ability or need and your production on the basis of use, not profit! Then you get rid of Markets n Money b/c everyone would be supplied with their needs, you would call this a gift economy.
I would call it a too damn lazy to work economy. And since no one would be doing anything there would be nothing for anyone to give you or anyone to give it to you.
That pot will make ya lazy for sure.
im sorry dude but you are completly wrong. what would make it a lazy economy?? there is a difference between productive labor and work. Dont slave yourself to ur job that you dont care about and have no interest in doing just to make some money! its wrong, work should be abolished!
Smoking weed for me does not make me lazy, it actually motivates me.i dont even want to go into all the reasons why Pot is sooooo great but i will leave with this.. we woud live in way better world if work was abolished and pot was grow everywhere.
I have seen this same BS for over 50 years. Hell I was a teen in the 60s. Saw it tried. It never worked. But you go ahead and try it. Cold and hunger will show you the truth.
No one works=no economy! You sure are nieve "dude"!
i dont think u understand what im saying. Instead of working for profit and just making the rich even richier, work based on need. then everybody will get what they need through distribution centers. And by the way being cold and hungry would come from capitialism not a society ran by the people. You call me nieve but ur the one who is brainwashed!
If I am "brainwashed" by seeing it tried before. It has never worked. People are just not going to let it work that way. Greed always comes into play. Heck you can't even have a jar for people to drop change in to my coffee at work. Some will just drink the coffee and then a few will drink the coffee and steal the change out of the jar.
Most of these "new ideas" about how to live have been tried before. And there are reasons why they went away.

when was this tried??? i was definitely not around in the 60s, im in my teens right now and fucking lovin it!!! "people arent going to let it happen" b/c they've been controlled for soo long and are too stupid from watching to much tv n living their live according to the media. Okk so my point exactly "greed always comes into play" thats why if u live in a gift economy there is no need for greed b/c first there would be no money, second people would realize that theres more in life than money and buying stuff YOU DONT NEED!
And it is a weakness in human nature that will never let it happen. The so called "strong" will always want more, even if they don't need it. And will run over the so called "weak" to get it. Look how many very rich people go to prison for breaking the law just to get more money. When they already had more money, cars, homes, and "stuff" than they or their familys could ever use.
I know you don't believe in God. But what you are wanting sounds a lot like the "Garden of Eden" started out. And there will always be a "snake" in the grass.
you cant just assume living in an anarchist society wont work b/c of human nature. If human nature is bad the hierarchy should be abolished b/c those on top will abuse their power. but If human nature is good then there is no need for a hierarchy b/c people will do good things without being dominated by others of higher rank. Either way we should have anarchy! You might be thinking how would u deal with crime, well crime is the result of a hierarchy and the abolition of it will caue it to dissppear. most crime id say 95% of it is caused by private property and capitalism. So what little of the crime left could be dealt by the community and assemblies where the people discuss common problems they face rather than any police force.
