The devil's music

Post by wahaneebelly » Fri May 28, 2010 6:33 am

50 years ago, conservative folk called it "the devil's music", and the more liberal-minded folk laughed. Now look at where we are today. How much more proof do people need?

God warns that our eyes and ears are gates, and that we must protect these gates in order to protect ourselves - our hearts, minds, and souls. Scientific research has proven that music has immense powers of influence, control, and manipulation - both physical, and psychological. Many big time musicians, both past and present, talk about feeling certain spiritual presences on-stage with them. Some of them even talk about feeling controlled by these spirits while they perform.

Like anything else that's addictive, music gets you by getting you hooked. You get so hooked on how music makes you feel, you don't care about anything else after that. You'll even defend the very thing that's harming you. Meanwhile, in so many cases, music is being used to rape people's minds, hearts, and souls.

These are only some album covers where the symbolism is more blatant. I didn't even post the album covers where the symbolism is more subtle.

Narrow staircase leads to the board-like basement full of boxes and cartoons, pink insulation, although bleeding from the walls. Even if poverty, guitars, drum kit and amplifier brands loving attention.
